The Base Control Podcast Episode 005 w/ Jon Herting

In this very long overdue podcast, we chat with our favorite Physical Therapist Jon Herting, partner of The Training Room in Garnet Valley, PA. He holds a number of certifications that we won’t get into but rest assured, he knows his stuff!

Jon’s holistic approach to rehab is the number one reason why we continue to recommend him and his team at The Training Room to all of our athletes. With over 10 years of training experience and knowledge, Jon offers a refreshing take on physical therapy and in this episode we talk to him about the misconceptions surrounding what PT is and who actually needs it. We also chat about ways strength coaches and PTs can work together to help bridge the gap and create a better overall experience for our clients.

Jon is one of the nicest humans around and we’re so very thankful that we found him. If you live in the area and are looking for a quality PT, we strongly encourage you to reach out to Jon’s office to set up an appointment at 484-800-8166.

Thanks for listening!
